Washington, DC – Rep. Doug LaMalfa (R-CA) today released the following statement regarding the Environmental Protection Agency's decision to finalize its "Waters of the United States." rule. The rule would expand the EPA's authority to man-made waterways, creeks which carry water only during storms, broadly-defined riparian areas, and even wet depressions in fields.

Washington, DC – Earlier today, Rep. Doug LaMalfa (R-CA) voted in favor of a pair of measures that would ensure Congress has the opportunity to vote on any final deal with Iran regarding their nuclear weapons program, and impose sanctions on any financial institutions which support Hezbollah, a designated terrorist organization that is primarily financed by Iran.
