(Washington, D.C.) – Today, Congressman Doug LaMalfa (R – Richvale) voted against final passage of the Fiscal Year 2024 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA). In July of this year, the House passed a different version of the annual defense policy bill, which Congressman LaMalfa supported. The version voted on today is a combination of the House and Senate’s bill that now includes an extension of a warrantless surveillance program through April 19, 2024.

(Washington, D.C.) – Today, Congressman Doug LaMalfa (R – Richvale) voted to formally authorize an impeachment inquiry into President Biden. H. Res. 918 will allow the committees of jurisdiction - Oversight, Judiciary and Ways and Means - to continue gathering evidence through former-Speaker McCarthy’s ongoing inquiry and eventually conclude whether sufficient grounds for impeachment exists.

Today, on the third anniversary of his passing, he becomes eligible to receive this honor.

H.R. 6368 would promote tribal management of buffalo through buffalo restoration programs, the planning and executing of commercial activities related to buffalo products, and other activities related to buffalo restoration and management.
