Rep. LaMalfa Receives Hero Of Main Street Award from National Retailers Federation

Washington, DC – Rep. Doug LaMalfa (R-CA) has been recognized by the National Retail Federation (NRF) as “Hero of Main Street” for his efforts in Congress to support retailers. The NRF, which represents 3.79 million retail establishments that support 42 million jobs, recognizes members of Congress who have consistently supported pro-job tax and regulatory reforms.

“It is an honor to accept the Hero of Main Street Award from the National Retail Federation for my work to empower small businesses and promote job creation. I’ve worked to reduce taxes and remove regulatory hurdles to help North State retailers, and the NRF is a key ally in efforts to grow our economy,” said LaMalfa. “With one in four American jobs supported by the retail sector, it’s more important than ever to protect these jobs and help employers create more.”
